Lakewood YMCA Wallyball

We're excited to have added Wallyball at the Lakewood YMCA! Wallyball is held on a racquetball court and is just like volleyball, only smaller. It's a fun way to learn a new sport, meet new people and stay active. We offer a "Wallyball Happy Hour" on Sundays from 4 - 6 p.m. There's no need to sign up, just come on out, and enjoy a great time with fellow YMCA members!

Ingram Family YMCA – Parent & Child Swim Lessons

Ingram Family YMCA offers swim lessons for babies and toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years with their parents. This water introduction class helps the parent and the child get used to the water and see the pool as fun. Parents and children play games that introduce basic, introductory water skills such as blowing bubbles, breath control, kicking and floating. The class focuses on water orientation and encourages parents and babies to trust each other in the water. Lifeguards are always on the pool deck during swim lessons. Babies must wear a swim diaper, and parents need to accompany the child in the water.

Camp Voyager: Camp III

At Camp III, your middle schooler will swim, play sports and games and have more independence than younger campers, as well as age-appropriate opportunities that include service projects and Fellowship Fridays. Ingram Family YMCA – Preschool Swim Lessons

The Ingram Family YMCA offers preschool progressive swim lessons for ages 3 - 5. These swim lessons are taught year round. The YMCA has a low child-to-instructor ratio. YMCA swim instructors are trained to work with younger children and lifeguards are always on the pool deck during swim lessons. Parents are welcome to watch swim lessons from the pool deck. The YMCA uses class levels to ensure your preschooler is placed according to his/ her ability. All children are evaluated on the first day of class and placed in an appropriate level class.
