Briar Chapel Neighborhood

Newland Communities’ Briar Chapel, located in northeastern Chatham County just five miles from downtown Chapel Hill along U.S. 15-501, has been designed to inhabit the land without inhibiting nature. Upon completion, Briar Chapel will encompass 1,589 mixed-use acres including 2,400 single-family and multi-family homes, approximately 470,000 square feet of retail and office spaces and more than 900 acres of green space, including parks and approximately 24 miles of trails for residents to appreciate preserved nature and wildlife.
