Hands-on European Cooking Camp, 8-11 year olds

Monday, July 20th: Topics covered: Chopping onions and garlic, learning to read recipes, kitchen safety, setting a table, making crepes. French Cuisine.
Tuesday, July 21st: Topics covered: Mincing vegetables, learning to weigh and measure ingredients, making pasta, roasting. Italian Cuisine.
Wednesday, July 22nd: Topics covered: Chopping Tomatoes, growing your own vegetables, making paella. Spanish Cuisine.
Thursday, July 23rd: Topics covered: Chopping herbs, cooking with herbs, grilling, making pita bread. Greek Cuisine.
Friday, June 24th: Topics covered: Cutting potatoes, making vinaigrettes, sauteing, making spaetzle. German Cuisine.
The camp is for ages 8-11 years old will run Monday, July 20th-Friday, July 24th 9 am to 2 pm.
