Join us for our new Family Class! This class focuses on aerial silks basics for parent and child. We will work on building a partnership between you and your child through shared experience and partner work.

This class includes mindfulness and connection exercises, acroyoga, and basic silk skills. This class is open to parents with children 7-12 years of age. No previous aerial experience required.
