Therapeutic Goat Yoga - Avery Family Farm

What to wear/bring: Plan to wear clothing and shoes that can get a little dirty. Bring a mat and LARGE TOWEL or blanket (we will have towels for rent for $2 if you forget yours). Please bring a mask. Typically we are able to make them optional, but just in case someone is severely immune compromised we may ask that those near them wear a mask. No earrings in ear lobes or necklaces please, and you will want a hair tie for longer hair.
Ages: Recommended ages 6 and up (All minors must be accompanied by an adult for sign in), but younger children are still welcome after checking in with us by email
These classes lend themselves to relaxing, calm time, so all participants will need to be aware of and open to this. Everyone needs a ticket and should remain on their own mat/towel if at all possible.
Cost: $23 per participant
About the animals: Goat snuggle area: We have 21 Nigerian dwarf goats. All are trained to cuddle. There are also two sheep who have spent their whole lives with the goats and cuddling people.
