Ukelele Camp

Treat your child to a crash course in all things ukulele with our Ukulele camp! Kids can learn all about this awesome little instrument starting with how it works and some of it’s history. On the first day, they’ll be learning basic melodies and simple chords using easy-to read charts and TAB notation. By the end of the week they’ll have learned how to play them in tempo and with dynamics. Plus, it’s a great stepping stone toward learning guitar because it’s neck is smaller, has fewer strings but is tuned much like a guitar so that a lot of the same chords shapes and melody patterns are applicable to both!
