APEX (North Carolina Science Festival)

Join Animal Park educators for fun, educational experiences with our animals. To celebrate the NC Science Festival and Earth Day, programs in April will focus on conservation elements, and will be offered at a discounted rate!

Our APEX program contains a series of day camps and experiences for both children and adults. Each family group will be assigned to a staff member that will be their personal guide for the day.
The children's camps focus on letting the students choose which animals they would like to learn about, who they would like to make enrichment for, and an abundant selection of crafts and games!
Adult experiences are catered to what the individual is most interested in learning about our animals. Some may choose to focus on a specific species, enrichment, animal care, or animal art. It is all about what you want to learn!
