Dancing With Dad - Ninth Street Dance

Gather up the kid(s) for Fathers' Day and come move together! This workshop is a special one-time drop-in session of our popular weekly Families in Motion class, combining elements of creative movement with a child-focused approach to yoga. Dads and kiddos will have a chance to explore their relationships as they learn more about how their bodies can move. Through movement games, stories, songs, and a healthy dose of relaxation, children (and grown-ups!) develop creativity, body awareness, emotional regulation, focus, and kindness towards themselves and others. Partners, grandparents, and other family members welcome!
