It's a fantastic way to stay fit, make new friends, and experience the thrill of one-on-one combat in a safe and supportive environment. Come visit our gym and learn the basics of the sport from our professional coaches.
We provide all safety equipment. Wear comfortable athletic clothing (sweatpants, clean athletic shoes, and a t-shirt). Please RSVP on our website.
