Intro to ecoEXPLORE - ecoEXPLORE Central NC

ecoEXPLORE is a program for kids in K–8th grade that encourages them to make scientific observations in a fun way. Using smartphones or tablets, kids can make observations that scientists can use in their own research and also earn points and prizes at the same time!

This program will introduce kids and parents to the program and how it all works! Come with a charged smartphone/tablet or a camera, a water bottle, and be dressed for a short hike.
Make an account beforehand at www.ecoexplore.net and you can even begin making observations before this event.
This program will take place in the Naturalist Center in the Nature Research Center at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. The museum's address is 11 W. Jones St, Raleigh.
