*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 07/24/2020
Plan to get wet, dirty and completely immersed in the world of field research. This camp offers a true field experience as you spend each day using the tools Museum researchers use to investigate the natural world of Prairie Ridge Ecostation. We will work with researchers to investigate a new topic daily such as geology, herpetology, entomology and more. You will learn to observe, identify and collect data as you participate in hands-on experiments.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

All children must be dropped off and picked-up at Prairie Ridge Ecostation; the field station of the NC Museum of Natural Sciences. No transportation is available between the Museum and Prairie Ridge Ecostation.

This camp is for rising 6-8 grade. This camp runs July 20-24.
