Kids Yoga & Open Art Studio Time
Join us for 30 minutes of movement with Yoga and 30 minutes of Art during our open studio time!

Join us for a fun, 30-minute yoga adventure for little ones and their grown-ups! This class combines playful movement, breath exercises, balance games, and music to help children explore yoga while building strength, coordination, and mindfulness. Through animal poses and partner stretches, kids will develop body awareness and focus—all while bonding with their grown-up. No experience needed—just bring your energy and imagination! If you have yoga mats, please bring them to class. Limited mats are available.
9:30-10am - Yoga
10-10:30am - Art
$15 for yoga and art studio time
Class maximum: 10 children w/ an adult
