Mindful Museum: Fall Creative Self-Care

Take time out to connect with yourself and the season through art and free expression. A variety of art-making materials, facilitated discussion, and other tools guide you through this creative exploration of self-care and community connection based around the transitional and cozy qualities of fall just in time for what can be a busy time of year. Bring a journal and something to write with. For ages 16 and up. Space is limited.
