As part of the ongoing programming for The Life and Legacy of Floyd B. McKissick Sr., the Museum of Durham History is hosting a salon-style discussion of McKissick Sr.’s Black Capitalism ideology and the development of Soul City, taking place in the Provident1898 coworking community space. From 5:30-8pm on Thursday, March 30th, join us for this FREE public event that will offer great networking opportunities for the Durham business community. This conversation will include remarks from Floyd McKissick Jr., Dr. Charmaine McKissick-Melton, Lew Meyers, and Dr. Nishani Frazier.
