Bookmarks is a literary nonprofit organization and independent bookstore in downtown Winston-Salem. Bookmarks cultivates community by bringing people of all ages together with books and authors who educate, inspire, challenge, and entertain. What does that mean? We are committed to supporting connection and belonging for every person through the power of books whether that's a community event, or a collective effort to increase the number and diversity of books accessible in schools and communities or having space to host wishlists.
