The Light House Project

The Light House Project was founded in June of 2016 as a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization as a direct response to the tragic murders that occurred in February of 2015. We work diligently to empower Triangle Area Muslim youth, knowing our work makes them feel safe, valued, and empowered. Our programs, Notable Pursuits, Oak City Adventure Club, Feed The Love, and Feed Their Legacy continue to leverage the power of story telling, the power of travel, the power of sharing a meal, and the power of service, respectively, to foster the development of our community's youth. Furthermore, we are especially proud of our Incubator Program that further supports youth in their projects; where we go to them and support them in the work they already love doing. The Incubator Program offers fiscal sponsorship, and office space to youth programs allowing them to maximize their focus on taking their ideas into action. Have you been by the Light House yet?
