Ages 1.5-2.5: Mommy & Me
A fun and interactive introduction to the world of dance, designed for children ages 1.5–2.5 to enjoy alongside their mom!

This playful introductory class invites young dancers to explore movement, coordination, and expression through music and imagination.

2025-2026 Adult Ballet:
Class Levels:
- Level 1 – Recommended for adults with no previous classical ballet training. Students will experience a full classical ballet class. The traditional barre work is introduced. The center work carries the concepts of the barre into the center; introducing ballet vocabulary, proper posture and body alignment. NOTE: this class starts in September 2025 and continues until August 31, 2026.
- Level 2 – Recommended for adults with a minimum of one year of classical ballet training. This level focuses on refining the barre exercises. More advanced steps are introduced at the barre and center. Proper posture and body alignment during execution of the ballet vocabulary is an ongoing process while learning ballet.

Level 3 – Recommended for adults with a minimum of two years of classical ballet training. This level will continue to focus on the use of proper posture alignment at the barre and center. More complex combinations with concentration on the use and coordination of arms and head.

Level 4 – Recommended for adults with a minimum of three years of classical ballet training. This level is a continuation of level 3. The repetition and continued focus of all the previous levels is needed to refine all aspects of the barre and center.

Level 5 – Recommended for adults with a minimum of four years of classical ballet training. This level will offer complex combinations at the barre and center focusing on both artistry and technique.
- Pre-pointe – Recommended for adults already taking level 2 or higher who are interested in learning pointe work and preparing for pointe shoes. This class will focus on strengthening feet and ankles to prepare for pointe.

Pointe – Students must get approval from the teacher to register for this class. Recommended for students with a minimum of three years of pointe work. Students are required to take the ballet class prior to the pointe class. The pointe class will consist of both barre and center work.
