Wood Acres School

Nestled on nine beautiful acres in the heart of East Cobb, The Wood Acres School has been educating children from infancy through eighth grade since 1969. Our dedicated teachers share their passion for teaching and learning - modeling leadership, and maintaining high expectations for student excellence.

Wood Acres students are challenged with an academically accelerated curriculum, a strong emphasis on STEM integration, and a commitment to teaching Spanish as a second language, all while developing a strong sense of self and character. Technology is used purposefully, and we value recess, traditions, celebrations, childhood, and community.

Above all, our school community treasures its students and their families, celebrating their successes and diligently addressing any concerns.
