Energy Kidz

​At eNeRGy Kidz, we offer Gymnastics, Dance, Martial Arts, Cheerleading, Trampoline and Tumbling classes as well as Birthday Parties and Summer camps! eNeRGy Kidz is designed to be a fun and safe place where children can develop through personalized and quality instruction. We want to see all of our students develop mentally and physically through organized, structured and objective programs. We are a family owned and operated business that was started in 1986 by the Davis Family, as North Raleigh Gymnastics. The business has since added dance, cheerleading and martial arts with our 10,000 square foot expansion to the building in 2011, which prompted the new name of eNeRGy Kidz.
