NC SYSTEMA YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS

We have moved our classes online until the current pandemic passes! We also offer a free family class on Saturdays at 10am as a live stream on Facebook. Friend NC Systema on Facebook and come watch the live stream on our feed every Saturday Morning at 10am! Systema is a complete training system for the mind, body and spirit, combining the benefits of martial arts, yoga, massage and meditation. Our approach to martial arts is non-destructive and free of aggression. We encourage critical thinking and creativity to solve problems . Systema is designed to create, build and strengthen the body, psyche, family and community. Activities include: creative movement, touch and escape work, learning to fall safely, rolling, running, jumping, strength and flexibility exercises, breathing exercises and problem-solving scenarios.
